#16.2 How to create leverage for your organisation with Max, CTO of peers

I'm delighted to introduce you to Max this week! Together we discussed inspiring topics such as: How do you take responsibility and familiarise yourself with new topics? Is entrepreneurship the right way to start your career? How can you properly celebrate success at work? How should responsibility and decisions be distributed within the company? How do you ensure that everyone in the team is and remains at the same level of knowledge? Max particularly impresses with his attitude of simply tackling and implementing things. We picked up on some inspiring quotes during the interview, including ‘Be curious, not judgemental’. We realised that quotes often convey theoretical knowledge that you hear, learn and quickly forget. In entrepreneurship, on the other hand, you gain practical knowledge through action and experience. hen we later recognise our practical knowledge in quotes, they serve as strong points of reference and valuable treasures that we have worked hard to shape our mindset. Enjoy the Show Simon Eckelt

#16.1 Entrepreneurship as the start of your career with Maximilian Kirschning

    # 15 Raphael Kiesel - Making decisions!

In this episode I talk to Raphael Kiesel about life after university. He himself did a PhD at RWTH, was a member of the Collège des Ingénieurs, then became a senior engineer and is now Senior Vice President of the ARRI Group. An exciting part of our conversation was about decisions - it's like hypotheses: You make an assumption, implement it and learn from the outcome. Decisions help us move forward. I am very sorry for the poor audio quality in this one, which is my fault. Enjoy the episode Simon

    # 14.3 Experience Report 10 Days Silent Meditation

My 10 days of Vipassana meditation are over and I am very grateful for the people I met and the "emotional education" I received. In this short episode I wanted to quickly share my experience with you! All the best Simon Another expirience story: https://medium.com/@didiklotz/26422dff2869

    # 14.2 Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana meditation originates from Buddhism and is an ancient technique that has stood the test of time. It offers us the opportunity to reprogramme our inner self by learning not to be overwhelmed by both positive and negative feelings. I hope you enjoy today's episode! Simon Eckelt

    # 14.1 Vipassana and Life Beyond the Hamster Wheel with Thien Tang

This week I would like to introduce a special person who has made me aware of a new path: a meditation technique that is supposed to give inner peace and help us to separate ourselves from suffering and from our driven polarity. On a trip to Singapore, I met Thien, whose stories about Vipassana meditation made a lasting impression on me. His words stayed with me so that I finally decided to take part in silent meditation myself. In this episode, I would like to introduce you to Thien Tang! Enjoy Simon Eckelt

    # 13.2 Ian Yates about rowing across the Atlantic

Rowing across the Atlantic with pure muscle power: 2 hours on, 2 hours off, repeated for 53 days. I spoke with Ian Yates about his experience in the World’s Toughest Row. He shared that just reaching the starting line was one of the hardest challenges of all! Enjoy

    # 13.1 Creating your own opportunities - Ian Yates

I was lucky enough to speak to Ian Yates, who rowed the World's Toughest Row - crossing the Atlantic Ocean by rowing alone. I love the fact that he created this opportunity for himself, which inspired me to be open to finding and creating opportunities for myself! Enjoy this episode and meet Ian Yates!
