Guided sleep meditation- floating to freedom on a river with Himalayan Yogi

This meditation was absolutely amazing and took me on a beautiful, hypnotic journey floating down a magical river! Shyam’s voice is so soothing and rhythmic that I drifted in and out of what I felt was a nurturing relaxation experience, before falling completely asleep.
