    The world of wine - from wineries to wine glasses. Red, white, or rosé?

    Hey! How's it going? In episode 3 of our podcast series, we're gonna dive into one of the most iconic drinks of all time! Certainly, one that symbolizes happiness, friendship and why not transformation, after all this is exactly what the process of fermentation is, transformation. That's right! We're gonna talk about wine!   Today, some intermediate vocabulary for you! I'm sure you'll improve your listening with this video and I guess you won't see wine the same way after this! Well, let's get to it:   wine bar: a bar or small restaurant where wine is the main drink available  wine list: a list of wines available in a restaurant   vineyard: a piece of land where they grow grapes in order to produce wine  winery: a place where wine is made   harvest: the crops, or the quantity of crops, cut and gathered   vintage: the wine that was produced in a particular year or place   wine cellar: an underground room where wine is stored or the wine they store in this room   exquisite: extremely beautiful or carefully made   sweet/dry wine: wine regarding the quantity of sugar in it   red/rosé/white wine: wine regarding the quantity of pigments from the grape skins in it   So, what do you prefer?     What's up, everybody? How about practicing your English vocabulary and listening skills a little more? Now, this is amazing: time travel! I've always loved the topic and I'd like to share a question with you... If you could go either to the past or to the future, what would you do? Beware! Both ways could bring you dangerous outcomes!  Please, click on the link below, and send me an answer to the question: would you go to the past or to the future?  Your answer could be in our next episode!    In this second episode of our series, we'll talk about:   The Terminator (1984): Arnold Schwarzenegger is the cyborg that came from the future to exterminate humankind.   Back to the Future (1985): Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd play the characters who travel through time in a Delorean that is actually a time machine.   Interstellar (2014): Mathew McConaughey plays the pilot who is supposed to travel through a wormhole to save humankind.   Dark: the mind-boggling, German sci-fi thriller series that contains elements of drama and fantasy. Wormhole: in theory, a wormhole could connect extremely long distances or different points in time.   Black Hole: the result of the curving of spacetime caused by a huge mass.   Albert Einstein: the German-born theoretical physicist who was famous for devising his theory of relativity. He won a Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921.   Stephen Hawking: this English theoretical physicist drew his theories upon relativity theory and quantum mechanics.

    You and your comfort zone - What do Ross Edgley, Chris Waddell, and Christine Hà have in common?

    What's up, everybody! This is our podcast indeed! I know, I know... Finally, you'll say! But, better late than never! I have a special topic for our first show ever! You and your comfort zone! Mine as well! Everybody's actually! Let's talk about how some people get out of theirs and how these stories could and maybe should help us do the same! I don't mean we should climb a mountain or swim around an island or anything, but maybe try to improve ourselves on a daily basis...  Below we listed some of the vocabulary used in the show, so enjoy it! Thanks for all your support! I hope you enjoy the show as much as I did! Thank you so much!   In this episode, we mentioned the stories of Ross Edgley, Chris Waddell, Cristine Hà, and Ludwig van Beethoven. These were truly inspiring!    Vocabulary:   Whatsoever: not at all, not of any kind, and that at any circumstances, the results will be the same.   Comfort Zone: if sb is in the comfort zone, he/she doesn't work very hard and therefore doesn't produce the best possible results.   Wheelchair: a special chair with wheels, used by people who can't walk.   Disabled: not able to use a part of your body completely or easily because of a physical condition.   Paraplegic: a person who suffers from the loss of control or feeling in the legs or lower body.   Drive: desire, energy, motivation
