For years I tried to keep up with everything and was running on fumes - cooking, cleaning, keeping schedules, the never ending to-do list - thinking I had to do all the things. Most days I felt overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by depression, yet no one on the outside would have known. I felt completely isolated and disconnected from God. I finally realized that if I wanted peace, joy, and emotional stability in my life, I couldn’t keep trying to power through on my own. I needed to stay consistently connected to God. Through simple spiritual rhythms woven into my everyday life, my relationship with God became deeper and more consistent. I began experiencing more peace and emotional steadiness as I heard from God and found clarity with my identity in motherhood. And I'm ready to share it with you!
