    Protect your giving nature

People traditionally called empaths and those with an incredibly large heart of kindness need to understand that there are those they will never return your kindness back because they are emotionally incapable of understanding you and are self cantered and unable to empathetically understand another human beings pain from their own because the focus is own their own pain and victimhood which is always larger than anyone else’s in their mind and so that sense of entitlement prevents that sense of emotional connection and understanding

All forms of validation are to appease some self concept but the result is that we often have to change ourselves to get the validation we seek and constantly check if we have enough validation. Far better to not require it anymore as it isn’t a useful paradigm or way to live. We don’t need to be liked and we don’t need to be validated.
