The incredible Julia Jones of Newborn Mothers shares her tips for blissful and supported postpartum. Covering topics on nutrition for healing, breastfeeding, traditional customs of the world, how Western society’s rules are letting families down and what mothers REALLY need in the early weeks and months of motherhood. Julia brings a happy and nurturing vibe to the podcast table, encouraging us to ask ourselves ‘does this bring me peace and joy?’ A postnatal doula at the age of 24, her work in the industry has continued to empower mothers and mother carers alike.
