    This week we address the topic of Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and how we as leaders need to pay attention not just to those we lead and influence but ourselves. PTS is real and although mostly associated to those in the military or first responders it can impact anyone. I talk about a Veterans Day Panel I sat on to address PTS and some provide some insight and the importance of “reaching out” when we need help. Hope it’s helpful!
