    being agile with what life throw at you

I share some experiences of mine about it as well (an accident that happened to me in 2015, my study cancellation to Germany, and how everything has changed after that), so you'll get some insight and start where you are to be better.     Welcome to Episode 1! In this episode, I share about things that I learn as a procrastinator to finally be a #Nowist, and how to do it all #Now is really important and beneficial. I also share some experiences and learning that I've got during the process of being a #Nowist. From a concept of one of my favorite books that I've mentioned in this episode, a #Nowist is a person who believes in living in the moment. A #Nowist sheds negative things in the past and gains energy from positive things in the right now, thereby improving the possible future.
