    It is always important to lend a helping hand when others are in trouble. But one must always learn to differentiate between being kind and being nice. Most of us tend to be overly generous and say YES to others request risking our own personal goals and priorities which is very harmful in longer run and will land both parties in trouble.Learning The art of saying NO to right things will strike prefect balance between our personal and relationship goals!!!
