    After the most recent police violence in Kenosha, WI against Jacob Blake, a man of color, we connect with Karen Nelson, the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator for the city of Appleton. From her childhood stories of learning Martin Luther King Jr.’s views on love and nonviolence, to experiences with lived racism, and a career working for true equality and progress, we explore what what it takes to connect in your community, how we can each learn and be courageous allies, and what we imagine a world of belonging  can be.
