Our journey through life sometimes just sucks, not counting huge life events, some days you just want to run away from home or something happens and you feel bad complaining about it. I would love to encourage you through those days without advice just encouragement.

    Can you reinvent yourself, Yes. Be an example of encouragement. Surround yourself in positivity.

    We all have things about ourselves we wish we're better. I'm encouraging you look within yourself and see what thing you want to change that will make you a better person and then to take the steps toward that change. It can be done, we don't have to allow life or circumstances to dictate who we are inside. We can all be better humans. Help each other by living our best self. Positive influence is huge so reach out to someone who can help you achieve your best self.

    How to encourage people who are in FOMO. You don't have to do all the things all the time.

    We all know the people who are just completely scheduled up all the time they always want to make sure they don't miss out on anything they have that FOMO. Especially in the summer it can can really drag you down so I'm encouraging my friends to limit their experiences, which in turn enhances the adventures you choose.

    Don't let your job be where all your time and effort go, you have to have time and energy to do things that bring you joy and happiness. There is so much more to life than work. Let's help each other explore and encourage a healthy balance.

    Injury recovery: It can be harder and slower than you think. The struggle can be overwhelming.

    If you're struggling through an injury recovery in the day-to-day is just bringing you down then you know what I'm talking about. We need to be able to encourage our friends and family through this sometimes it can be so overwhelming and even depressing that others don't recognize the true struggle.
