Most Informative Podcast for Endo
I have researched information about endometriosis for years but when I came across this podcast I know I found a gold mine. I listened for about 3 months before Dr Alexander became my coach. She is so very thorough and will find the answer to your issue. The podcasts are a wealth of knowledge but if you want to know what is best for you, she will definitely get you on the right track if you are willing to do the work! These podcasts are a gift!
With years of experience, both personally and professionally, Lizzie has become a wealth of knowledge. Every time I listen to her podcast I learn something new in regards to how I see and care for my body. I’ve personally worked with Lizzie as my health coach and she’s helped me figure out a few underlying conditions that I would have never figured out on my own! She has been a true guiding light in my healing journey!
Fantastic podcast from an expert who understands
When I listen to a podcast to learn more about hormones, I want an expert who has actually *been* through the issues she talks about to guide the way. That’s what you get with Dr. Lizzie Alexander’s podcast - training, intelligence, but also the lived experience. So far, her interviews have been fascinating. Highly recommend this podcast if you deal with Endo, and if you are looking to conceive.
