    On today’s Wine Down Wednesday, Suneera shares shares her experience with burnout and what we can do to prevent it. You'll hear how meditation and journaling are ways to proactively approach burnout and can help us refocus and recenter, and the importance of getting outdoors and taking a few moments to go out for a walk and break away from screen time. Suneera directs us to not put pressure on yourself to have elaborate self care routines- you can have mini routines that center on mindfulness instead. Burnout is a chronic illness. Notice when things are too much and take the time to step back and take a few things off your plate
