    Episode 3.5 - U2 at the Super Bowl

    In honor of the NFL back in season, we wanted to record a mini bonus-episode that jumps off where we left off last episode. Following the end of the Elevation tour in 2001, U2 played the Super Bowl in New Orleans on February 3, 2002. This is what Bono calls "U2's Ed Sullivan Show" - with all eyes on U2, they cemented their status as legends. We discuss Larry's see-through shirt, Bono's jacket, and whether it is true that the songs were pre-recorded?!?!?! Let us know if we've ruined anyone's memories of this show. But don't blame us, blame Adam for not being able to mime a bass part. This show is at Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana on October 10, 2001. We discuss what U2 became following these concerts and how they solidified their place in live music history with these concerts in 2001.     Episode 2 - Zoo TV in Dublin

    On our second episode of Under A Blood Red Sky; we discuss Zoo TV in all its glory, and then get down into the concert song by song. This episode's concert is the fantastic Zoo TV show in Dublin on August 28, 1993. You can find a complete recording of this show to download on U2start.com or there is a nice video version (not pro-shot) on YouTube.     Welcome to our first episode (kinda) of Under A Bootleg Sky. In this trailer we give an a little more info on what we will be doing on this podcast and what you can expect from us in the coming episodes in the near future. Our first full episode will be discussing U2's landmark concert on December 31, 1989 at the Point Depot in Dublin, Ireland.
