Apenas descanse. I’d simplify it substantially. The show description already explains what Read Alfurqan is; the footer shouldn’t repeat the whole mission. It should leave the listener with a short prayer and then make it easy to find you elsewhere. May Allah bring light to every heart carrying hidden pain, grief, fear, loneliness, guilt, or hardship. Please remember in your duaa the oppressed, the imprisoned, the displaced, the forgotten, and those separated from the people they love. May Allah be their Help when they have no help, their Strength when they have no strength, and their Companion when they feel alone. May He mend what has been broken, ease what has become unbearable, and never leave them to anyone but Him. Read Alfurqan | Islamic Duaa & Spiritual Reflectionby Hashem Nabil Qur’an. Duaa. Reflection. [English] Before I Had a Name, Allah Knew Me | A Deep Islamic Duaa of Gratitude

Before I had a name, Allah knew me. Before I had a voice, He heard me. Before I knew how to ask, He had already begun to provide for me. This is a deeply reflective English Islamic duaa about the life we were given but never earned. A prayer for those moments when we finally stop and realize how much had to happen for us simply to be here. We journey back to before our existence, through the miracle of creation and the womb, childhood, health, food, water, family, safety, freedom, guidance, and the countless forms of protection we may never even know about. We remember those who were given less time than us, those living without the safety and freedom we often take for granted, and the generations who lived before the guidance and opportunities available to us today. We remember Adam and Musa, Yusuf in the well, Yunus in the darkness, and the prophets who taught humanity that what we see is only a small part of what Allah knows. And eventually, gratitude becomes a harder question: O Allah… after everything You have given me… what have I done with the life You gave me? This is not a lecture. It is a private conversation with Allah. A prayer of gratitude, repentance, wonder, surrender, and return. Listen somewhere quiet. Slow down. Close your eyes if you can. And remember how much of your life was already being cared for before you ever knew how to ask. May Allah accept it from me and from you. Peace and abundant blessings be upon Muhammad, upon his pure family, upon all of Allah’s prophets and messengers from Adam to Muhammad, and upon every righteous servant who devoted their life to Him. I’d simplify it substantially. The show description already explains what Read Alfurqan is; the footer shouldn’t repeat the whole mission. [English] Returning My Soul to Allah Tonight | An Islamic English Sleep Duaa for Deep Sleep & Surrender

There are nights when the body is exhausted, yet the heart refuses to rest. The mind wanders through fears, regrets, unanswered prayers, and worries about tomorrow. Sleep feels close, but peace feels far away. This guided Islamic sleep duaa is an invitation to lay every burden before Allah. Inspired by the Qur'an, authentic Islamic supplications, and the timeless tradition of nighttime worship, it gently leads the heart away from anxiety and back toward trust, mercy, and surrender. As you listen, may you remember that Allah knows every fear you carry, every tear you have hidden, every prayer you have whispered, and every hope you have almost given up on. His mercy is greater than your mistakes, His love is greater than your loneliness, and His protection never leaves those who return to Him. This recording contains no music or musical instruments. The soundscape is intentionally simple, consisting only of gentle human humming together with natural sounds such as rain, wind, and ocean waves, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allows the focus to remain on the remembrance of Allah. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief, guilt, uncertainty, insomnia, or simply longing to feel closer to Allah before sleep, I pray this duaa becomes a peaceful companion in your nights and a reminder that you never sleep outside the care of your Lord. May Allah grant you a tranquil heart, peaceful sleep, protection throughout the night, forgiveness for your shortcomings, beautiful dreams, and the blessing of waking with renewed faith, gratitude, and hope. 🎧 For the most immersive experience, listen with headphones at a comfortable volume. This is an original English duaa by Read Alfurqan, created for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and closeness to Allah before sleep through the remembrance of Allah. "And He is with you wherever you are." (Qur'an 57:4) I actually think that sentence—"This recording contains no music or musical instruments..."—will answer a question many practicing Muslims have before they even ask it, while remaining accurate and avoiding unnecessary debate. Duaa. Reflection. [Arabic] While the World Moves On… | ...

This is a raw and emotional duaa for those the world moved on from. For the oppressed. For the imprisoned. For the forgotten. For the families waiting outside the walls. For the mothers, wives, fathers, and children carrying a pain most people will never see. This recording remembers the loneliness of Yusuf عليه السلام in the darkness of prison, the call of Yunus عليه السلام in the depths of darkness, the fire of Ibrahim عليه السلام when Allah made it cool and safe, and the grief of Yaqub عليه السلام as he waited with a heart full of sorrow and hope. It is a duaa for them. And it is also a duaa for us. For our numbness. For our silence. For our comfort. For the moments when we hear the pain, feel something, and then return to the world as if nothing happened. Less edited. More raw. A prayer from a wounded heart. May Allah give relief to the oppressed, freedom to the imprisoned, patience to their families, and life again to hearts that have grown used to pain.

I’d simplify it substantially.
