It is time to believe and receive all that God has for you. God wants you to dream and accomplish all the desires he has placed in your heart. Once you believe and receive your worth in God, then you can fully access all of God’s promises. You have already been given everything you need to live out the life God has intended for you. I am a firm believer that God is always at work and I want to encourage you to dream BIG and get free from a limited mindset. As we walk this journey together let’s go after our goals, our dreams and dare to take God at his word and Believe for Bigger!!

    Foundation of Leadership-Making decisions

    In this episode of Foundations of Leadership we are talking all about making decisions. As a leader you have to be able to make decisions each and every day. A lot of times we spend our time consulting with others vs. consulting with God. We rely on the approval, the pat on the back and validation of others. It often stumps our decisions and we get stuck. It then leads to overthinking, overanalyzing and being overwhelmed. We get in our own head about the decision we need to make. Let's talk about how we will know when to move forward and what we need to do ensure we are on track. Our decision needs to honor who we are and leave us with peace so we can do what God has called us to do!     Foundations of Leadership-Stewardship is a responsibility

    In this episode of Foundations of Leadership, we explore what it means to be a good steward in every area of our lives. God is looking for leaders who are faithful and recognize with stewardship comes responsibility. When we realize we are never alone when we are leading the weight of what we are stewarding isn't as heavy. In our own strength we can't but with the Lord we can. When we partner with the power of the Holy Spirit then we can steward what God has called us to with courage and confidence. The foundation of leadership is stewardship—faithfully managing what God has entrusted to us for His glory and the benefit of others.     Foundations of Leadership-Remain Teachable

    Great leaders never stop learning. One of the most important foundations of effective leadership is the willingness to remain teachable. Being teachable means recognizing that you don’t have all the answers, being open to correction, listening to wisdom, and allowing God to use others to help shape and help you grow. In this episode, we explore what it means to lead with humility and a heart that is willing to learn. God is clear and tells us that he opposed the proud and shows favor to the humble. Your next level of leadership may require you to learn something new, change your perspective, or receive wisdom from someone else. You can’t grow if you’re not willing to learn. A strong leader stays humble, stays curious, and remains teachable.     Foundations of Leadership-Be a problem Solver

    Leadership isn't about having all the answers—it’s about being a person of influence who is willing to face problems, seek God for wisdom, and become part of the solution. Being a problem solver means learning to pray before reacting, gather the facts before making decisions, seek wise counsel, stay focused when distractions come, and be willing to involve others in the solution. As leaders, we will encounter problems in our homes, workplaces, churches, businesses, and communities. The question isn't whether problems will come; it's how we will respond when they do. It starts with a partnership with the Holy Spirit and asking God for the wisdom to solve the problem. God can use you to be the solution to a problem that others have only been willing to talk about. In leadership we don't just talk about the problem we are problem solvers. Your leadership may begin when you stop asking, “Who is going to fix this?” and start asking, “Lord, how can You use me?” In this series we will continue to talk about the foundations of leadership so stay tuned for next week's episode.     What If God Doesn’t Answer Your Prayer Like You Thought?

    What happens when you pray, believe, wait—and God answers differently than you expected? Sometimes we have a specific picture of what the answer should look like, but God sees what we cannot see. His ways and his thoughts are higher than ours. In this episode, we’ll talk about surrendering our expectations without surrendering our faith. When God doesn’t answer the way you thought He would, it doesn’t mean He has forgotten you or stopped working. It may be an invitation to trust Him more, trust His timing, and His plan—even when you don’t understand it. Go back to your track record with God. Remember how he has always been there for you.     Surrender: It's not yours to carry

    Sometimes the greatest act of faith is not carrying more—it’s surrendering to God. In this episode, we talk about what it means to truly surrender your worries, fears, plans, and circumstances to God. 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us. You were never meant to carry everything on your own. Surrendering doesn’t mean you are giving up; it means you are trusting God with what you cannot control. When you release your cares into His hands, you make room for His peace, His direction, and His strength. Learn to give it to God, trust His plan, and resist the temptation to pick back up what you have already surrendered. What you place in God’s hands is safer than what you try to carry in your own.     Dear Younger Me...you are going to overcome & live blessed!

    If I could sit down with my younger self, I would tell her: You will have hard seasons, but will live a blessed life!I would tell her to stop worrying so much about what other people think, to trust the process, and to take God at his word. I would remind her that her worth isn't determined by her accomplishments, her mistakes, or someone else's opinion of her. There will be seasons of uncertainty, disappointment, and waiting—but there will also be moments that remind her why she kept going.I would tell her to trust God more, listen to His voice, and believe for bigger! Younger me, you are stronger than you realize. You are more capable than you think. And one day, you'll look back and realize that God was working even in the moments when you couldn't see Him.You don't have to know everything today. Just keep trusting, keep growing, and keep going.
