    RPG

    RPG=Role playing game. That’s essentially what is maskers do in real life. We wake up every day and put on the face and personality that this world has created for us. But it’s exhausting & unhealthy & unfair. It’s something that we’ve been slowly learning to shift away from.

ElohEl. Being ADHD is like being the butt of a joke other ppl just don’t seem to get. It’s being a part of an experience that “typical” people would just “have to be there” for, to actually fully grasp. Only, it's not that simple, because I'm tired means so, so much more than "I need a nap" or maybe just a good night's sleep. In this this episode we take time to unpack the phrase "I'm tired".
