    Turn the idea the ID of yourself off

    We have spent so much time on who have become or who we want to become and never rest from all our toil.. never resting in the idea of that nothing I was who became the something I am For example when a civilian becomes a soldier they are trained to kill they go to war fight war then once war is over they come straight home without ever being decommissioned it took how many days of training to arm that civilian So how many days do they take to bring that civilian back to the state it was in before the training and the wars just an example of the human who has become whatever it has become anything from a killer to a police and doesn’t realize it was nothing before it became that which it did turn the idea the ID of ourselves off it’s a practice remember on the 7 th day god rested from all his toil 7 represents the sha bot which means to cease to stop rest take it off leave it alone don’t bother with it

    Know what you are….

    Are you ready for this the whole reason you are here is to know what you are….. To realize that thing which you are is there more to you than you’ve been told and that’s why we suffer from mental illnesses..Example if your parent help to raise you or they didn’t you could either fill adequate or inadequate by that fact…I have associated a lot of our chronic stress and depression with the way we look at things like we have the ability to look at things in a way that hurts us or in away it doesn’t which gives credence to the philosophy if you change the way you look at things the things you look at change like on show and tell days about what your parents do for a living at school some kids are excited to talk about what their parents do when other kids aren’t or even may feel embarrassed by what their parents do..What I’m saying is wherever you find yourself whatever situation your in good or bad if you need help or guidance stop what your doing and know what you are seek and ye shall find knock and it shall be open

    Cultivate your energy

    From the moment we wake we are in control of how we feel that’s the awareness we give credence to the way our day will go of course accept for the free radicals that’s out of our control like accidents and unseen events but for the most part we are able to decide from moment to moment if I want to get upset handle that in a positive or negative way or both we have the option now we also understand there is a time and place for everything sometimes you might have to verbally or physically back someone up but however if we find ourselves doing that all the time then that’s when we need to take a look at our actions

    THE SOIL

    We see the tree grow from a seed in the soil. But can we see that we are seeds also and the reality in which we grew was and is our soil I believe the problem we are having as a species is that we bring our soul with us unbeknownst its a natural occurrence for a seed to want to bring the comforts of its home with it so the understanding is that everything we’ve experienced grew and groomed us and that’s mother earths job as the soil but there comes a time we have to leave momma’s house Say That
