    A Black State Of Mind

Guests: Ellis George and Dave "Lawless" Rhodes  For many suffering from mental health, PTSD, and abuse, we oftentimes find ways to put on a mask whenever we step out into the world, many of us never really taking the time or putting in the investment to talk and deal with the core of the problem. Within the black community for generations, mental health has assumed the role of the taboo, not to be talked about, a traumatic event to be hushed and seeking out help to be shunned.
