The Confidants Get Serious...for a minute

Some self care PSAs coming at ya! Preventative care is important and we love you and want you to be healrhy!! A guest appearance from Mr. Alex (he sounds so sexy!) And an amazing cocktail by Dixue called Screw Your Diet...a concept we can all get behind! Cheers!!

    The secret lives of swipers

We explore the world of dating (hook up maybe) apps. Fears, fun, safety...unsolicited D pics...all the things you never knew you wanted to know! We are sipping on an Alex (not original) cocktail we affectionately named Figgy F*****g-licious!

Know what the boating version of the mile high club is??

It's our 21st birthday!!! Woo hoo! Justine talks about last year's sailing adventure, which included some "offshore drilling." We talk about the importance of identifying what a healthy relationship is and how nobody teaches us about that. Dixie also tells us about her frig phobia and the origin of that fear. We enjoyed a delicious libation by Justine that we lovingly named the "Pink P***y Punch" ❤️

Who the hell created rompers? It was definitely a man who thinks women use the bathroom in pairs!

And why tf am I stuck in this car wash?! What books have you read more than once? Weird gas station bathroom warnings, movie theater experiences...you know how we do! We talk about all the things while sipping on an incredible Peachy Keen crafted by Ronnie.

    Duck, Duck, Gray Duck?!

Ahem, this mofo was recorded when there was still snow on the ground. Why are you just getting it now you ask? Because Alex is a slacker. Childhood games, childhood injuries, beaver vs muskrat. So many topics, so little time! Oh, we also planned a whole ass birthday party for Alex. P.S. it didn't happen. Alex fed us a yummy Raspberry Elderflower Gin & Tonic she found on TikTok after her original cocktail idea didn't make the cut.

You ain't cool unless you pee your pants

I mean really. It's true. A side effect of increased water intake in increased water excretion! We revisit self care/healthy intentions, reminisce on some childhood memories and do what we do...laugh so hard you can't understand a damn word! Cocktails this episode by Dixie are the "Busy Bitches" pre-made by On The Rocks

Tears round 2? Or something. Trying to do self care and realizing we suck at it.

Pregnancy cravings, therapy and tears OH MY! Alex needs a therapist, Dixie needs Joy, Justine loves vegetables and Ronnie is just trying to go to Florida! Self care is hard and things get emotional when we break down what it means and how we can manifest it. Justine served us up an absolutely decadent Mocha Russian this episode. Ah-mazing! Cheers!
