    How to be great... No, really? We listen to inspirational speakers. We make the plan. We put forth the effort. We tell ourselves we know what to do but HOW do you do it?  How do you endure the journey AND find the will to keep going even when you fail; even when you feel like you take a step forward just to take two steps back.     Parents Need Love Too

    I believe human beings are naturally selfish due to our need to self preserve (obviously there are exceptions & bless your hearts you selfless creatures) BUTTTT for the most part people look out for themselves. However, when you become a parent...well that just throws a wrench in those plans 😆 Tune in to hear me discuss my (for lack of better words) "epiphany" and the realization that the need to give our parents their roses now is an understatement.     It's OK To Make Mistakes

    I don't know who needs to hear this, but the title says it all: It's OK To Make Mistakes.  Nobody's perfect and sometimes we need to be reminded of that. If you're an over thinker like me and feel like it's the end of the world when you make a mistake or don't get something right then this episode is for you.     You Don't Owe Anybody Anything

    We've all heard the saying "Treat others the way you want to be treated." But what do you do when that effort isn't reciprocated? Sometimes we let this unknown feeling of obligation lead us to believe to still do right by others even if they don't do right by us. You may even feel guilty when you try to mirror their actions because it's out of character for you. So then what should you do? You don't want to change who you are because of them, but you don't want to continue to get taken advantage of either. Well...it gets discussed right here. TAP IN!
