Who You Think You Are Is Choosing For You: It’s Up To You

Many of us are trying to change our choices without ever addressing our identity. In this episode, we explore how the way you see yourself directly shapes what you desire, what you tolerate, and ultimately what you choose. Rooted in Colossians 3:5–10, this teaching unpacks the difference between behavior modification and true spiritual transformation—putting off the old self and putting on the new. If you’ve ever found yourself repeating patterns you thought you outgrew, this conversation will help you understand why—and how God’s perspective on your identity brings clarity, freedom, and maturity in the way you make decisions. Because identity determines appetite. And who you think you are is choosing for you.

The Things & People Your Choices Affect:It's Up To You

We often make decisions thinking they belong to the moment—but Scripture tells a different story. Choices don’t stay where they’re made. They travel into seasons, relationships, responsibilities, and spiritual maturity. In this episode, I’m joined by a pastor and dear sister in Christ as we talk honestly about the ripple effects of our decisions—how choices made in one season can surface in another, how private decisions impact public relationships, and how God uses proximity, especially in marriage, as a tool for sanctification. We explore what Scripture says about sowing and reaping, spiritual sensitivity, covenant, and responsibility—without shame, but with clarity. This conversation is not about regret; it’s about wisdom, growth, and choosing differently moving forward. Because redemption doesn’t erase responsibility—it matures it.And our choices are always speaking.

The Power Of Your Choices:It's Up To You

We talk a lot about faith, prayer, and purpose—but rarely about responsibility. In this episode, we lay the foundation for the year by confronting a simple but uncomfortable truth: God gives grace, but He also gives choice. Scripture is clear—life is shaped not just by what happens to us, but by what we repeatedly decide. We explore why God presents options instead of ultimatums, how grace forgives without canceling consequences, why temptation requires agreement, and how alignment with God is a daily decision—not a one-time moment. Ending in Proverbs 1:29–31, this episode sets the tone for a year of maturity, discernment, and ownership. This isn’t about shame. It’s about stewardship. Because whether we realize it or not—it’s up to you.

    before 2025 ends

As 2025 comes to a close, this episode is a pause — not to rush into goals, but to reflect honestly on growth, mistakes, patterns, and the quiet work God has been doing beneath the surface. In Before 2025 Ends, I share my word for 2026: maturity — and what that truly means beyond age, titles, or how long we’ve “been in church.” This isn’t about perfection. It’s about responsibility, self-awareness, emotional regulation, spiritual alignment, and learning how to respond instead of react. This episode is for anyone who feels like God is calling them higher — not louder, not flashier — but deeper. For those who are tired of repeating the same cycles and are ready to grow in discernment, discipline, and wisdom. For people who are learning that maturity is choosing alignment over impulse, truth over comfort, and obedience over ego. Before we step into a new year, this episode invites you to ask: • What did 2025 teach me? • Where am I still immature? • What is God asking me to grow up in — spiritually, emotionally, and mentally? This isn’t a motivational speech. It’s a heart check. A moment of sobriety. A call to evolve. Because growth doesn’t happen accidentally — and maturity is a choice.

    i committed adultery

You probably clicked this thinking you were about to hear some juicy details about an affair. But here’s the truth—adultery isn’t just physical. I committed adultery in my mind, heart, and actions when I ran back to old mindsets, tried to toe the line with my past habits, and chose self over sanctification. Marriage isn’t just about love and companionship—it’s a tool God uses to refine us, expose us, and make us more like Christ. And let’s be real… sanctification is painful. In this episode, I’m opening up about: 🔥 Why marriage will hurt you—and why that’s part of God’s plan🔥 How I wrestled with old habits and mindsets in just 8 months of marriage🔥 Why you and your spouse’s sanctification journeys will collide🔥 The end goal of marriage (hint: it’s not just to “stay together”) If you're struggling in your marriage, feeling the weight of sanctification, or questioning why this process is so hard—this episode is for you. Stay with it. God is pruning you for something greater. 🎧 Listen now & share this with someone who needs to hear it. #Marriage #Sanctification #ChristianMarriage #Faith #BeCarefulWhatYouAskFor

I came clean to my husband..

In this deeply personal episode, I open up about a pivotal moment in my marriage when I came clean to my husband about the residue of my past life that was still present and affecting us. I share how this residue consumed emotional capacity, creating a barrier to genuine emotional connection with my husband. The Lord convicted me after watching the movie "Parallel", revealing how I was attempting to live in two realities simultaneously: my old life of pain and patterns, and my new life in Christ. This duality caused confusion and disconnection—not only in my marriage but also in my spiritual journey. Join me as I unpack the lessons God taught me about the dangers of clinging to the past while striving to walk in the freedom of the present. Through transparency and scripture, I’ll explore how to truly declutter the remnants of our old lives and make space for the emotional and spiritual intimacy God desires for us to experience in our relationships and with Him. This is an episode about honesty, healing, and embracing the fullness of the new life God has given us. If you’ve ever felt torn between who you were and who God is calling you to be, this episode is for you.
