    The word sexuality elicits a broad range of associations. For our sake here, sexuality means the life force that drives desire, specifically as it manifests as turn-on in the body. Sexual self-care means understanding your likes, dislikes, and knowing that if those change, it's OK. Sexual self-care means that you keep checking in on these preferences.
