Love your story from a 4 years old perspective! You are a wonderful story teller:) I love how that experience changed you forever and that you can remember like it was yesterday. I can’t imagine a world where kids weren’t able to get that experience:( As a mom it was always a good option. Taking all the kids to the movies would always spark new imagination and game playing afterwards. It would provide weeks and sometimes months of new creative playtime(as well as many trips to Toy R Us) 😂 Where would we be without the movie theaters? Going to the movies is like baseball games and hot dogs, it’s part of our culture. It’s the first “go to” for people to do when they need to get out and get a break from real life. It’s a place to escape and dream a bit. It’s even a place where people talk out loud during the tense part of the film! Lol😂😂😂 More than ever right now, we need some good old American Pie! So let the Movie Theaters open😁

Listening to your podcast took me on a trip down memory lane. I remember taking a little 4 year old boy to the movies as well. Toy Story, The Lion King....and later Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. Even with the fabulous home theaters of today, nothing beats the theater and nothing beats the overpriced theater popcorn! Seriously. I am craving movie theater popcorn with a side of Raisinettes and a Cherry Icee right about now :) Now that I have grandkids, it would be very sad to think of never being able to share the movie theater experience with them. Great story telling Matt and best wishes for your future podcasts from one of your top fans ❤️
