    99. Wipe Styles and Routines

Have you ever assessed how you wipe your ass? This week I'm on vacation with the family, and we are cohabitating. As such, we gain insight into each others routines and habits. We all do things a little bit differently, but there is still only so much you can tell before the door closes. Well, when I broke my neck and lost proper function, I had to open the door and invite my wife Kelsey in. We learned much more about each other when she became my caretaker. We learned that we had different ass wiping styles. This caused me to question every daily care habit. Have you ever thought about the ways you do the things you do?

    97. Building Community in Web3 and Beyond with Ipalibo Dawariboko

How does one build community? This was a question Ipalibo faced as a young immigrant from Nigeria. After years of honing his approach, he has taken the skills he's learned in building community to the Web3 space. We discuss how curiosity and mindset can help you find your path in life, and how Web3 is opening doors to opportunities for many through its inherent merit based ecosystem.  Working across the meals and baking solutions at General Mills, Ipalibo is responsible for leading brand and communications strategy for Pillsbury, Annie’s, Progresso, Old El Paso, and Betty Crocker – representing $4+ billion in annual revenue. Outside of General Mills, Ipalibo is immersed in the web3 world. He hosts a weekly Twitter Spaces, Meet Web3, where he interviews web3 builders and community leaders (e.g., Superlocal, Krausehouse, The Fabricant, etc.) every Monday night. He is an active contributor and advisor to web3 communities, including PRTN DAO, JUMP DAO, Krause House, and others. Relevant social links: Twitter.com/callmemarvel Linkedin.com/in/ipalibo

    95. Hanging with the Mothers - from the Mother of All Podcasts

The MOTHER of all podcasts is hosted by Taylor and Samantha, two best friends surviving parenthood together - Two moms who happen to be best friends on a journey to bring LIGHT, JOY, LAUGHTER, and some REALNESS to the everyday challenges of parenting. Sam - Co-Host of the “Mother of All Podcasts” with best friend, Taylor. Wife & mother to two girls (ages 3 and 2), exercise enthusiast, and Nurse Practitioner. Ever since Taylor asked me to start a podcast with her, I have loved growing our posse of supportive parents, future parents, and those in all walks of their “parenthood journey.” It brings me joy to see, hear, and speak with all of our podcast guests! I am a huge supporter of Frontotemporal Dementia for my father. I am sure you heard more about it from my brother Jeremy who was on your podcast recently. Taylor - Taylor is a wife and mom of two, and is the other co-host for the Mother of All Podcasts. As a high school special education teacher, Taylor has a unique opportunity to see parenting through many lenses, and found inspiration for starting the podcast through personal experiences, teaching experiences, and coaching. With a passion for creating an outlet for all voices to be heard, Taylor has enjoyed starting this podcast with Sam immensely. It also helps that Sam is one of her best friends and her partnership has opened opportunities for learning experiences and fun. In her freetime, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and has recently attempted gardening despite notoriously killing every plant she has ever been given. 94. Growing Pains

The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn, the bird waits in the egg, and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.

    92. Jeremy Baldi - Serial Entreprenuer

“I enjoy everything about starting companies: The challenges in the first year or two, the 16-hour days, the working weekends, the late nights. It’s an adrenaline rush, really exciting because it’s yours and you’re influencing something greater than yourself.” Jeremy has cofounded multiple companies on his road to retirement at age 45 (He's 35). Though many people mention early retirement in jest, this will likely be a reality for the man who recently acquired a company he once worked for. Whether building in the medical industry, or growing his real estate portfolio, Jeremy is putting in the work that others talk about.  "Though his formal education [in Biology] may not have led directly to his career choice, Baldi said the Butler experience taught him how to network, which turned out to be key to successful entrepreneurship."
