A well-wisher, in our own words, is someone who selflessly wants the best for you, cheers you on and supports your opinion even if it differs. We will connect with our community and allies to have stories brought to life, call to action in current events and provide space for dialogue. We are all inclusive, women in entrepreneurship, health, fitness, business, nutrition, Motherhood, and the list goes on.

    Deeper than self-love, Mothering Self // Connect Session // Episode 3

    Paisley and I (Mell) "sit" down with 13 women and we focus on mama's and how are we getting through this time and the concept of mothering self. We have two special allies one being Ashely, Mom of a 10 year old boy, who is on the spectrum, and also shares her daily fear of rising a black son and her steps to keep him safe. She also shares how she deals with that added responsibility onto of her daily full time job and devoted time to her self well being. The other is our other Ally is Shanna, she shares empathy towards women and the daily struggles in self love and acceptance. She is a Professional Coach in branding and lifestyle and Professional Photographer that specializing in capturing women and their vulnerability.     HI, we are excited to open up and share with you our life stories that include love, loss and now finding hope. In this episode we invited an ally, Anne, to interview myself (Mell) and Paisley, we are hopeful to provide a authentic view into our lives and our platform we co-created her well-wisher. We continue in this episode to talk about her well-wisher and Paisley, co-creator. She shares her loss of her father, unexpected divorce and how she found more self love and hope within that time.     F- this Pandemic // her well-wisher Chapter 2

    In this episode we have open dialogue with 8 other amazing women. Paisley and I (Mell) discuss with these ladies how this pandemic is happening to all of us and globally, yet we are all experiencing differently, as moms, professionals, females, supporters etc. We share our experience, some share their growth, and some share their heart breaking reality that this pandemic has caused. We continue to have dialogue on new habits and self care regimens we've started and share practices on how to ensure they stay a priority as the world opens up.     As our first step into the podcast work, this is a brief introduction to the her well-wisher platform and community. We are 2 unlikely friends that are devoted to our partnership, and passionate about this mission to support women, with unconditional positive regard for each other and all. Join us as we explore life and topics together. Her well-wisher is a platform for you to share your story and thoughts about health, wellness, racism, equality, women in the workplace, etc. It is our intention to provide a safe space for open dialogue regarding personal challenges and successes. In our case, it is someone who is an unlikely friend that is there for you in a time of unbearable loss, someone who validates your sadness and doesn’t rush you to heal; but is there when you’re ready to go down that road. We often reflect on how much we value each other’s friendship. One evening, over a glass of wine, we talked about how incredible it has been to be there for each other through the years.
