    In this release, Anastasia invited a fellow volunteer from Germany, Johanna Sturm to discuss what is a sustainable development for her personally and to get you guys more familiar with the whole concept. Johanna shares how she grew more passionate into this topic, explained why is it important to think bigger about the environment than just recycling and gave the tips on how to start to live a more sustainable life.

    Today, I have invited a practicing psychologist Nane Ispas to discuss how anxiety affects us, how can we survive through it, especially nowadays. We figure out the best tools that can be at our disposal to minimize the harmful effect and look at how to change perspective of seeing the anxiety and stress.

    In our second episode we, Tebea and Anastasia, ask each other questions about the emotional experiences in our lives.     Volunteering podcast “Opaa!” of Nevo Parudimos organisation comes back for a new season!  In this episode “Around the cultures” we hosted a Spanish volunteer Monya Talhaoui tells us about her perception of Romanian people, shares her passion for volunteering and shows how stereotypes about nationalities are not always true.
