    300: Beating Cancer, What Presence Really Means, and the "You Got This" Mentality with Adam Posner

    Welcome to Episode 300 of The 20% Podcast. This show as been released for 300 straight weeks, and I couldn’t be more thankful to the listeners and guests who have made this show what it is today. This week's guest is a three-time visitor to the show, and one of the most consistent voices in the recruiting, talent, and podcasting world. He is the Founder and President of NHP Talent Group, where he recruits across marketing, media, and tech, and the creator and host of The Podcast, which just crossed 500 episodes. This week’s guest is my friend, Adam Posner. Adam first appeared on Episode 24 back in February of 2021, returned for Episode 114, and is back today for Episode 300 for this milestone conversation. Since we last spoke, Adam faced one of the hardest chapters of his life, a Stage 3A Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis, seven months of chemotherapy, and a full remission on the other side. He came out of it a better husband, father, friend, and operator. Today we talked about all of it.
