    Let go of the weight of the past and embrace the future

    Most times we are caught in the web of our  past . We refuse to let go of the hurt gotten from a failed relationships. We begin to feel unloved and even blame ourselves for some decisions we made . We close our hearts to new opportunities ,terminate good relationships with the fear of a reoccurring past without giving new  relationships time to blossom and flourish. We judge the people that come our way with the past behaviors of others. While you must be carefully choose who we mingle with and opportunities we open our heart to . We must also stop holding on the the errors of the past . It is time to let go !!!!  You are not defined by the challenges or mistakes of the past ,but your response to it determines your present and your future. Letting go of the hurts, anger or fear  in your life will help you move on from your past so you can fully embrace the future.

    Facing your Fear

    Everyone has fears and this is normal . We all experience and express fear irregardless of who we are and what we have accomplished. You fear can alert you when you are about to encounter something dangerous and also help you make better and safer choices. It has the capacity to make us believe that the worst and most horrifying outcome will come to pass.  Facing your fear takes a lot of courage . It's important to make a choice between been a prisoner of your fear or facing your fear and reap the benefits.  Will you Forget Everything And Relax (FEAR) or Face Everything And Rise (FEAR) Make the right choice today to face your fear and win.
