EP: 26 - Loving Yourself First

Loving yourself fully can be a long battle but it’s 100% worth it. Yet, some people believe in order to love yourself then you have to focus all your time on yourself. This means not getting into relationships, keeping your emotions to yourself, and distancing yourself. Well, we believe this isn’t true, and only works against you in your journey to self-love. During this episode, we share our thoughts on the idea of loving yourself first and how being vulnerable is one of the bravest things you can do.

    EP: 25 - Communicating and Crying :)

Has 2021 ruined communication? Well, we think it has defiantly impacted how gen z communicates. From friendships to relationships and even situationships…communication has gone downhill! In this episode, we unpack how we think people need to prioritize expressing their feelings, being more understanding, and learning that relationships should be about what both people think and want and not just one. If you wanna hear our thoughts on this and why Emma Grace believes the “talking phase” has ruined gen z, then this is the episode you do not want to miss out on.
