    Episode 003 - Forgiveness Is...

It was now crystal clear to me that forgiveness was only the first step to escaping the chains of my past. I now realized that to continue to heal I had to rediscover who I was and the only way for me to do that was to move past the hurt and the person who hurt me. I am going to tell you about the miracle.  In this episode I am going to walk you through one of the most POWERFUL RELEASE and FORGIVENESS exercises I have ever been taught! Today I am going to ask you to do something that may be for most who have experienced abuse one of the HARDEST things you have ever done.  Thank you again for listening and make sure to stay until the end in order to receive your TWO special gifts! Wherever you find yourself today, your journey has only just begun. I hope that you commit to pursuing a powerful journey with me.  Together we will all strive to escape the chains of our past!  Heal our open wounds. Episode 001 - Breaking Down Doors

I wanted to be able to fix my abuser. I so desperately wanted to be normal and have the loving father that I always dreamed I should have. The thing is I coudn't figure  out how to tell my dad to stop without making him even more mad. This meant I wasn’t able to fix my dad. He was going to be abusive. We weren't going to have a normal family. I wasn't going to have the loving dad I always wanted to have. In this episode I take you into my world as I talk about the night my door was broken down. I use this as a platform to show how we can "break down" our own doors to experience real healing. Lastly I take you through a Balance Practice I take all my students through. This one practice when done weekly can save you hundreds if not thousands of hours over the course of your life when done correctly. Now you will have the opportunity to spend time on what really matters most.   Thank you again for listening and make sure to stay until the end in order to receive your special gift! Wherever you find yourself today, your journey has only just begun. I hope that you commit to pursuing a powerful journey with me as we all strive to escape, heal, rediscover, restore, and find our courage, taking our lives to the next level, soaring to hights unknown. www.ladyindefense.com

This podcast is about giving women and others who have been abused the roadmap to escaping the chains of the past, healing their wounds, rediscovering who they are, helping them find their courage and bravery again, and soaring to the next level in their lives. We are speaking up and speaking out against abuse. I believe that together we are stronger, that together we are not alone, and that together we can make a real difference for YOU, for me and for those who feel unseen. We will dive deep into your "Warrior Mind". It is not a question of whether the Warrior inside you exists, but rather, how do you call on and become the Warrior? Your Warrior is calm, powerful and strong. She will fight for what you stand for. She is you. You are that Warrior. Discover your "Intelligent Body". We think, "If only I was more athletic, thin, strong, or in better shape, that would make the difference." In reality, the people we see as athletic, thin, strong, and in shape may not be getting the results they want. Your body is capable right now so listen and unlock these secrets of your Intelligent Body. Catapult to the "Next Level". Zero in on your homeostasis, the balance in your life, in the wake of the negativity and turmoil.  Wield your  "Girl Power". You can tap into this power when you understand exactly how to defend yourself. I have seen women of all sizes throw grown men to the ground and make them tap out, quit. Any woman can wield this Girl Power. Most importantly, "Soar"! We must not stop at the place of healing, but move beyond where we are; rediscover who we are; strive to master ourselves; all while serving others who struggle right beside us.
