    In today's episode, I chat with my running mate Marley Wagner. He has recently moved to Melbourne to study for a Bachelor of Design. He is also a fantastic runner with personal bests of 1:58 in the 800 metres, 3:59 in the 1500 metres and 15:40 in the 5000 metres. We also learn about growing up in Cairns in far North Queensland, jet-skiing near the Great Barrier Reef and plenty more!     Second one of 2023! I've known Vi for three years as we both participated in the Western Bulldogs Youth Leadership Program in 2020. Vi and I reminisce about the program and raising $1000 for Batyr: a youth mental health organisation. Funnily enough, we're both studying the same Journalism degree at RMIT! Vi shares her amazing internship opportunity with the 'Ministry of Sport' through SportsGrad. She is also a massive Doggies Diehard fan. We compare the Bulldogs' 2016 Premiership triumph in comparison with the 2021 grand final loss.     In today's episode, I chat with Paris Gadsden who is an original member from the MUAC Development Training Squad. Paris' running journey has progressed very well in the past few years especially most recently in the 800m at Vic Milers #1... Paris is also a nurse at the RM Hospital often working long shifts and treating many patients in different sectors. Nursing is an incredibly selfless role and it is amazing to learnt he amazing roles and patients Paris has dealt with! Thrifting is a passion of Paris' too, South Melbourne, or Fitzroy? There's a few cool places to visit during your summer holidays. Nike Dunks and professional Nike Aeroswifts are some of my treasures, the second kindly gifted by Paris.     WELCOME TO THE FINAL EVER EPISODE OF YEAR 12 DIARIES! Today I am joined by a fellow Year 12, student Bridie as we both reflect in our Year 12 Journeys. While, Year 12 has been pretty grueling and challenging with the pressures of grinding for the study scores and ATARs we all desire, it has been a COVID free year. We celebrate our triumphs this year and list a few plans in a few months after exams before Uni kicks off. A topic of discussion is study methods, both Bridie and I study very differently, and that is alright. It is all about how you study, currently I have been using the FLORA app where you stay productive for a certain amount of time and plant trees as a result. On track for 20 hours this week.. We recap on our current studying weeks and rant about our spread out exam scheduless. VCE = VERY COMPLEX EMOTIONS, we bust some year 12 myths about what it is really like as a student! Some tips to manage stress and final day celebration days which were very TAME.
