Great insight into finding and embracing your true self

I LOVE this podcast! I was looking for a podcast about yoga and found this one, and I haven’t been able to stop listening to it! I was not a podcast person before, but now I have this on whenever I am in the car, and sometimes when I’m not! Host Shayla Quinn is so personable and relatable, and her voice is really comforting. I also really like her conversational approach and just talking and sharing what she knows. I find nearly every episode resonates with something I am dealing with at that precise moment on a personal level. It’s almost scary how in tune she is with what people may be struggling with in life at a given moment, and she provides helpful and positive answers and actions that we can take to take charge of our thoughts and actions and cultivate our own inner strength. The fact that she draws from her own life experiences makes it even more relatable. I am so inspired - Thanks, Shayla!! 🙏🙏💕
