    In relationships a lot of times we want to aim to please our partner without keeping in mind out own thoughts and feelings. In todays episode we are keeping it short and sweet.     Being Emotionally Unavailable

    Today, we are talking about how important it is to be emotionally available not just for your partner but for yourself. You have to be your number one fan before anyone else is. Many times we tend to date with the intent to fill a void that can only be filled by ones self. Before we give ourself to someone else lets try to give ourself to ourself.
