    Episode 3: Leadership Fitness

Episode 3: Leadership Fitness By: Ricoh Danielson In my research I am noticing that leaders who are fit or have fitness in their daily life are amazing leader. They are more keen on decision, treatment of personal and overall have a second wind when it comes to business.  Not saying all not fit leaders or leaders that do not do any fitness are bad, they are just different.  I look back at my time in the military and my association with law enforcement and the fact that my leader is out there with me enduring the pain and doing the exercises speaks miles about their leadership style.  Become the fit leader. Lead your business, project or effort with fitness and see how far you get. You will be surprised. We are Ath- Elite.
