    NFL Crushes Sorsby, NCAA Makes Big Change, NFL Star is Right About Owners, JD and Marco Split on Iran, US Manufacturing Boom, DOJ Hammers Scammers

    The NFL sent a letter to gambling quarterback Brendan Sorsby letting him know there would be no NFL Supplemental Draft this year and they wished him the best for his future.  It may be the first time anybody has stood up to the talented player and it's likely the best thing for him.  There was no way the NFL wanted this off season saga.  Good for them.    Meanwhile, the NCAA votes to change the rules of eligility and it's exactly the model President Trump put in an Executive Order on April 7.    A star tight end not named Kelce is all up the kitchen of NFL owners who seem to have enough money for grass fields for FIFA but not for NFL players.  We'll tell you who he is.    Is it the first policy difference between VP Vance and Secretary Rubio as they are likely to both want to be America's next president?  JD is handling the Iran negotiation and according to a report, that's how Marco wants it.  You want to hear this.    US manufacturing is at a five year high, the DOJ charges 455 scammers that have been stealing healthcare money from the government.  And in our Final Final, Space X has fallen back to earth.

    Hawley Fibs Again, Another Court Swings at Trump, Starmer Song Delights, Pool Vandals Detained, Messi is an Alien, Improbable OU Wins CWS, Golf Analyst Blasts Fans

    Josh Hawley just will not stop misleading voters about this SF Giants Pride Night story.  Hawley got a letter back from MLB commish Rob Manfred and immediately fibbed with a post about what the letter says.  It's unreal he's doing this.  Hawley was wrong, this was not an MLB issue.  It was a Giants issue and I'd be thrilled if he went on the attack and found out what the Giants did.  But baseball has done nothing wrong and actually has a fine policy in place.     A far left judge born in Trinidad and worked for Sonia Sotomayor is the latest to stop President Trump with a ruling.  This tiime, the court rules the government cannot use it's own data bases to verify is a person is a citizen or not and eligible to vote.  This is nuts.    A new AI generated song and video called "Keir Starmer is a wanker" has gone viral, we'll play it for you.  Vandals at the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool are being detained.   In sports, Lionel Messi does it again for Argentina, this player is the best of all time.   OU was picked 14th in the SEC pre season baseball poll and wins the national title.  The SEC is officially now a baseball conference, not football.  A Golf Channel analyst calls Long Island golf fans a "stain on the game," and he's right.  The Royals get a great outing from Michael Wacha in a win over the Rays, a Sportscenter legend is retiring and an up and coming music star has been charged with a felony after destroying his hotel room.

    Starmer Resigns in Trump's Wake, Iran Negotiations Shaky Start, Dems Destroy Reflecting Pool, Team USA is So Fun, Iran Fans Overpower FIFA, NY Golf Fans Awful, Jac is on Heater

    A couple months ago when UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer wouldn't allow the United States to access England's military bases while attacking Iran, President Trump said Starmer is "not exactly Winston Churchill," and the trap was set.  Fast forward a couple months and Trump gets yet another win as Starmer has announced he's resigning after his Labour Party is just getting crushed at the polls.   JD Vance is leading the negotiations with Iran and it's off to a shaky start.  Shocker.    Dems are traveling to DC just for the purpose of having a chance to ruin the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool that Trump fixed... .including an Olympic athlete that has been arrested.    The World Cup has been a smashing success for Team USA so far even as a former US Goalkeeper says we have zero chance to win the Cup.    Iran fans are now carrying in so many flags and signs against the regime that not even FIFA can keep up with confiscating it all.    And an American at the US Open Golf Championship, a former winner, is treated like total garbage by New York golf fans... they are just the worst.     Royals slugger Jac Caglianone is on quite a heater this month.    And our Final Final is the ultimate "The Honeymoon's Over" story for a sports reporter in Pittsburgh.

    Obama Library Opens as You'd Expect, Bonus for Marine Corp Band, Hawley Has Lost His Mind, US Open and World Cup Weekend, Celebs Sued Over Steakhouse Fail

    The grand opening of the Barack Obama Presidential Library and Eyesore went just about as you would expect.  It's still overbudget and not paid for, on stage they apologized for building it on stolen land and Obama himself talked about slavery.  Then it got worse.  Springsteen and Bono, who look like they have Ozempic Aids, sang sad songs and the whole place was a bummer than tried to have fake fun.  Who would have guessed?    But here's a great story... the Marine Band at UFC 250 last Sunday night was so great they are all getting a bonus from POTUS and... one of his friends.    Josh Hawley is so wrong about Major League Baseball and players writing on their hats he's an embarrassment to Republicans everywhere.  I have the goods on him and it's pretty bad.    It's a big weekend ahead with the US Open Golf Championship and Team USA in the World Cup. Danny Clinkscale has a couple thoughts.    And our Final Final is a local baseball player and two famous musicians being sued over their steakhouse going under.  Beware of the this story Patrick and Travis.

    Trump Signs Iran Memo, Biz Candidates Keep Winning, Tom Brady Opens Store in KC, FIFA is so Bad, Cincy Football Slammed, R's Welcome England, US Open Begins

    President Trump signed the memo that's that's a framework for a final deal with Iran and everyone seems to hate it.  But not me.  I can't say I love it but why would you not give it a try?  You can always go back to fighting... let's see if Iran is willing to follow some rules and play nice with others.     Republican primary voters continue to choose candidates from the business world as outsiders they want in charge... even when they go up against Trump endorsed candidates.  It seems we are ignoring Trump's advice while trying to find the next Trump.    Tom Brady is opening a store in KC Saturday and will likely be all over tv during the World Cup on Fox at the Power and Light District.    FIFA is just the worst.  The soccer has been great, the tourney is fun and FIFA is absolutely soul sucking.  We told you so two years ago.    The Royals welcome Team England to the K Thursday night as the Cardinals are in town.  St. Louis fans will get reminded, again, how much better of a sports city we are than them.  The US Open starts in New York as Scottie Scheffler tries for a career Grand Slam, the Knicks will be the first NBA team to visit Trump's White House and Jason Sudeikas suprise breakup with Olivia Wilde is revealed... by her.

    Messi Thrills as Arrowhead Shines, Tickets Available for $69, Cup News Nationwide is Wild, B12 Lawsuit Ballsy, Trump Stars at G7, JD Tour is Silly, Fast Food Rankings Fail

    Argentina's soccer star Lionel Messi had a match for the ages Tuesday night at Arrowhead as he started quickly with a goal that was taken away by an offside call.  So he proceded to score three more!   All three in the match to be accurate as Argentina and it's 50,000 or so fans at Arrowhead went wild watching a 3-0 win over Algeria.  It was spectacular.  But how many Kansas Citians were there remains a bit of a mystery and doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.  KC residents turned out everywhere Tuesday for free fan events and watch parties and we're clearly finding our stride.    There were shots of some empty seats at Arrowhead even though 500 million people were watching on tv globally, and a Sports Illustrated writer posted a screenshot from a ticket service two hours before the start that had tickets for $69.  We cover all the stories, all over the country on today's episode.    The Big 12's lawsuit filed against Ken Paxton and Texas Tech was just a stone cold killer.  The suit had nothing to do with the gambling quarterback, wait until you hear what their rock star law firm dialed up for the conference.    President Trump stars at the G7 and touts peace, low oil prices and a skyrocketing stock market.  Then he just hammers Obama.    JD Vance's book tour is not going well.  It's not a disaster but I just don't understand what he's doing right now.  The annual fast food customer service rankings are out and for the first time in over a decade, Chik Fil A is not the winner.    And our Final Final is a new report on the astounding growth of podcast listening in America.

    World Cup is Finally Here, Texas Tech Fold 'Em, Rashee is Free, Terror Ring Targeted UFC 250, Radio Host Seeks Treatment, Restaurant Rip Offs

    After all the talk, all the promises, all the changes and all the hype.... we finally get a World Cup match at Arrowhead in KC.  Let's forget all the other stuff and just celebrate high level sports competition that really, really matters to billions of people around the world.    Texas Tech got hit from all sides Monday as the Big 12 filed a lawsuit to make their gambling quarterback ineligible, Kansas AG Kris Kobach fired off a letter and case precedent to the Texas AG and Tech's own coach put his foot in his mouth.  So it finally happened... we got a Texas Tech Fold 'Em.     Chiefs receiver Rashee Rice is free and we're hoping 30 days behind bars gives him a new attitude for how to live his life.    A massive terror ring was plotting a huge operation for UFC 250 at the White House Sunday night and it sounds like this group of folks really doesn't like Jews very much.    A local radio host steps away, again, to seek treatment for addiction.  Scott Parks says he hasn't been honest on radio and I have some thoughts on how free he will feel if he comes clean.   And restaurants around KC are adding fees to your bill for the World Cup so be careful and one iconic joint is changing the way it operates for the next month.  Ugh.

    Epic Red, White and Blue Weekend, Iran Deal Made, UFC Shines at White House, Two Charged Stealing England's Shoes, R's May Have New Ace, Giants Players No Pride, Rod Stewart Disappoints Fans

    It was the most epic Red, White and Blue weekend I can ever remember and it was topped off with a spectacular scene in DC for UFC Freedom 250 and a deal made with Iran.  Pinch me, if you will, because this just all seems too good to be true.  We are SO back and we are flaunting it everywhere from the soccer pitch to the Strait of Hormuz to the Octagon of Doom outside the Oval Office.  I voted for ALL of this.    Jackson County charges two men for allegedly stealing England's soccer shoes and after hearing their names, I only have one question I need answered.    The Royals may have found a new ace after a brilliant performance Sunday.  The San Francisco Giants have several players that weren't having it on Pride Night, the Carolina Hurricanes win the Stanley Cup and a whole bunch of Rod Stewart fans are not happy with something he did this weekend.
