    It's time to outgrow PERFECTIONISM with Shanila Sattar

    Perfectionism isn't the problem because it was protection. For many sensitive, creative people, perfectionism once kept things safe and it helped with belonging, regulation, and avoiding rejection. But over time, that same protection started to be a prison for creative expression. Ideas get stuck and the right time to make moves never arrives. This is often a nervous system story and rarely has anything to do with "standards". When the body doesn't feel safe to be seen or felt, creativity retreats. The truth is: moving forward doesn't come from forcing or fixing.
