You may have opened a restaurant just because you didn’t want to work for others or maybe you were a chef and everybody wanted you to open a restaurant of your own where you can show off your culinary skills.             Whatever the decision may be, once you take on the hat of an entrepreneur, a manager as well as a technician, a lot of things can go wrong. You may have the best food but due to poor customer service, the customers may not return back. You may have both great food and excellent customer service, but if marketing strategy is not set into place, the whole restaurant suffers.             I go in detail with every single common mistake that restaurant owners make, during the beginner years of running the restaurant and how you, as an owner can solve it easily.
