Knowledge is Power!
So, I’ll admit, I’m not a wine drinker. So I tend to breeze on by the commentary for the most important part! WHICH IS: the supplement info! Which Val clearly does an incredible amount of research on top of the knowledge she already has from working in a health food store! Highly recommend the listen. I’ve learned so much and really enjoyed learning quirky facts about different supplements on her beer tasting adventure!
