This helps you to watch how you have grown over time, how you make up for things you were not able to do at a particular time. how you have improved on ur struggles and weaknesses.. How you have been able to track your habit and live everyday productive.. with every of this basic things in place, you are good to go on your life's journey.. You don't have issues at work, you enjoy your job, you don't feel cluttered, you have time to take a break and you don't feel too choked about life. you are able to take better decisions and live your best life.. the life that you have always desired.
