History In Bed Podcast

This is just what the DR ordered. Hosts voice will relax you to sleep with interesting information. As a Pittsburgher I loved the Braddock story telling. If you have a hard time shutting off for bed this is definitely one to try.

I’ve listened to sleep podcasts for years and get anxiety at night thinking about the next day. I like the pace of the host’s voice and the little asides he takes while telling the story.

Starting using ASMR to fall asleep about a year and a half ago and now primarily listen to Gibi ASMR if you’re familiar. Unfortunately I am finding that I’m not falling asleep as easily to the tapping sounds so I was looking for more of a whispering/ soft speaking option. This is perfect!! It’s all soft speaking and for the part I do actually catch it’s so informative. Only listened to episode 1 so far but woke up this morning like I should learn more about the Homestead Act 😅 Good and bad that I only made it about 10 minutes in before knocking out. Definitely going to be putting this in my regular rotation.

Was really looking for something like this! Love this podcast so far. His voice and way of talking is so soothing and puts me right to sleep! Can’t wait for the next episode.
