    In this time of pandemic, where growing number of people experience loss whether it's loss of jobs, relationships, or even loss of loved ones, for the first time in many years the world is experiencing a collective grief. Not many people are accustomed to it and this session shares some insight on how to deal with loss and grief that comes with it. Hopefully we will all come out as better individuals after going through collective healing and growing from the pain of losing someone or something that we hold dear to our heart.

In this session,  Hold Space Circle channel presents Panji, the founder of Isbanban Foundation who has achieved all sorts of awards on a national and an international scale. Panji shared the story of his past struggle as a marginal child that has shaped his character and enabled him to become who he is right now.

Rena Masri, an Adult Clinical Psychologist and founder of "Cinta Setara" community, shares her insight on how family greatly affects our mental health and how we can deal and grow from conflict especially in times of pandemic.
