She started pole dancing 2010 after a friend invited her to join a class. In 2013, she started competing in regional pole dance competitions and teaching pole dance in the local Atlanta area. In 2016, Tera started Work It Girl Fitness whose mission is to empower women to feel sexy, confident, and healthy through pole dance and twerk classes.

Full Spectrum Doula, Repro and Sexual Health Educator, Xpert and Liquid Motion Certified.  Pole and floor work has been a favorite pastime since 2014 but it wasn't until the last few years that she decided to share this part of her life with the rest of the world (she says "stigma is a bit&# that lies to you and can keep you from doing some amazing things"). Dancing for her has been a journey filled with exploration, protest, community, and self preservation in the form of solace and safe space.  She wants to share that journey and hold space for other people to unapologetically be their whole selves, explore their unique sensuality, and get a couple laughs off while doing it.

Lindsey has invested to train mostly with mentor and retired Entertainer, Dakota Wolfe. She has thorough safety measures also trained under Dr. Misty Austin, both mentors turned colleague. Lindsey’s style is free flow and has experience dancing in clubs, studios, and even with Snoop Dogg. Her priority as an instructor (and human) is to build community and encourage a flow state in all we do. Having just opened a yoga studio to further movement and advocacy, you can give her some love by following, liking, and participating!
