How it works in the USA - a conversation with the Insight Association

To round out the year, Dani Cunill is joining Josphine to co-host the podcast. Be warned, his smooth voice might sweep you off your feet! In this episode, we look across the pond at the US and talk about the Insights Association – a professional body similar to the MRS but is based in the US. The Insights Association strives to effectively represent, advance, and grow the research profession and industry. In the podcast we discuss the Insights Association IDEA COUNCIL which stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access. Charlene and Damon share the work if the IDEA Council and their ambitions for the future. We reflect on the similarities and differences in approach for each organisation (MRS and IA) to achieve the same goals. The outcome is incredibly optimistic with consistent workstreams and an intention for the MRS EDI Council and the IA IDEAS Council to work more closely together in the future. As always, we cover our #prideofthepods and #mrspride news.
