    More Allowing

    What does it mean to be committed to allowing? Does that just mean that you say I'm committed to allowing? Does that mean that you throw all caution to the wind and just do whatever you feel?   Sometimes it means being on a journey of extremes and learning how to listen to your body and talk to yourself in a way that helps you get out of your own way. Realizing that there are things that we need to be more committed to allowing for ourselves so that we can actually experience our own life fully and freely without any restrictions or limitations from outside forces or people. It's important to remember that commitment to allowing is not a binary thing. It's not a yes/no question. It's also not something that you simply get or don't get.
