it's about the journey AND the destination

Kristen talks about why she disagrees with the saying "it's about the journey, not the destination" because for a long time, she was too journey-focused and forgot that she's a human who also desires a destination too.

finding purpose in your 40s

Kristen is joined by Aruna, former corporate executive turned entrepreneur & lifestyle coach at thebigforty.com In Aruna's "past life," she worked at Yahoo! and AOL during the early days of tech, became Head of Data & Partnerships at L'Oreal, led tech start-ups around the world and, during this all, casually made her way across 100+ countries. Despite being "successful" by societal standards, she still felt there was something off. Tune in to hear about Aruna's journey in finding herself, living life on her own terms, and now empowering women in their 40s to do the same. It's never too late (or too early) to do what your heart is calling you to do!
