    The Interview

    Fresh off of an interview I recorded this to see what you would do!  I just had an interview where it was 2 people talking to (1 on each side).  So, it had it's challenges.  Should I tell them about my hearing during the conversation, on my resume, or wait until I'm hired?  Tricky...

    Creative Outlets

    What do you do for fun that helps you cope with your hearing loss??  Play video games with an online community - part of a reading club where you talk about the latest book with friends - make YouTube videos of you cooking?  Whatever it is I want to know about it!  Find us on social media @hearinghalf and share with us.  Maybe you are involved with something that other people would like to join.  I am thinking about taking improv classes...

    Parents Take Pride
