La Pollera y El Congo

Our vision is for this podcast to be a conversation between family, a place to speak freely, and be ourselves with the purpose of claiming a space for our voices to be heard. We will discuss informative topics such as colorism, self-hate, gender roles, interracial dating and beauty standards. While these topics are important and necessary to create a dialogue around, we also want to get into exploring the diverse and rich backgrounds that our entire Latinx community encompasses. Our willingness to love and connect with one another is powerful, this is an opportunity to embrace that power.
