This podcast will be about my life story and how I have over come little by little. The people that have been in my life that have helped me get through obstacles and not. The story of losing my father at 8 years old and what it did to be me, my sister, and brother and where we are now mentally and spiritually. We will talk about having Faith, connecting with your roots and how important it is, generational addictions/addictions and my view on being positive and optimistic.
