    Peter Oland is an English language arts teacher at PCHS, a public school in Montreal, Canada. Notably, Peter also leads the school's woodworking program, where he teaches students to be entrepreneurial by designing, building, restoring and selling objects ranging from canoes to Adirondack chairs. Over the past year, he has worked with UpstartED through the You(th) Explore program to ensure that his students gain the SEL and entrepreneurial skills needed to live a fulfilling life. In this episode, hosted by Frédérik from UpstartED, Peter shares his story of adapting to the pandemic and setting his students up for success.
